Da ich schwer krank bin und einen Termin in der Uniklinik Erlangen hatte, habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt liegt, sodass ich den Weg auch mit dem Rollator schaffen konnte.
Dieser Aufenthalt war eine reine Katastrophe!!!
Das Personal kann zum Teil gar kein deutsch und auch nur sehr wenig gebrochenes Englisch.
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren vermutlich seit Wochen nicht gereinigt. Überall Dreck, Schmutz, Schimmel, Spinnweben und Haare, wohin das Auge reichte.
Im Badezimmer begrüßten uns zudem Kotreste im WC. Der rote Teppich wies nicht nur Krümel und Schmutz auf, sondern auch diverse "weiße Flecken". Der Boden im Bad klebte stark. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirkten benutzt.
In der Tiefgarage liegen benutzte Damenhygieneartikel.
Dieses Hotel ist keinen Cent Wert. Und wir waren auch nicht die einzigen Gäste, die diese Erfahrungen gemacht haben, was ein Gespräch mit einer anderen Touristin bestätigte.
Auf Beschwerde beim Personal zeigte man uns drei weitere Zimmer. Alle in dem gleichen Zustand, wie das Erste. Wir sind dann gezwungenermaßen im vierten Zimmer (das Zimmer mit den wenigsten Spinnen) geblieben, da ein Hotelwechsel so kurzfristig nicht möglich gewesen ist.
Der Mitarbeiter holte noch Desinfektionstüchter, um den Kühlschrank von Innen auszuwischen und brachte uns zwei Dosen Bier mit zwei schmutzigen Gläsern, als kleine Aufmerksamkeit und Entschuldigung. Er teilte uns mit, dass sie kein Personal hätten, für die Reinigung...
