We had a one night stayover, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is within about 10 min walk from the main station and about 15min from the center. A dog walk along the Drau is also within about 5 to 19 min. Nice rooms, no water kettle though, all in all a good stay.

Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. Digital check in failure.
The code to enter the building did not work. Another guest was already there stuck outdoors. Luckily he spoke German and had a local phone. It took us 49 minutes to get help and get in.
