Sep 26, 2019Staying in and visiting Erice was like going back in time. It was like a setting in 'Game of Thrones.' Try to avoid the hoard of daytime buses and stay overnight. The atmosphere totally changes in the starlight.

Oct 17, 2018There are many, many beautiful churches in this city set high on a mountain top. You can easily spend a day visiting them and walking around the Medieval city. The food is good, especially the pastries, which the city is famous for.
