"Hotel location is great even a bit far away from center, but there is a retails park nearby, very easily for us to do shopping and eating. Also, they provide the free parking, good for road trip family. Staff are nice and helpful!"

"We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed and a double, with a litthe kitchenette and table and chairs. Room was great, probably too small if you plan to actually spend time in it during the day, but perfect as a base to explore the region. The breakfast was a standart buffet with cooked options, charcuterie and cheese, cerrals and dried fruit with several plant milk choices. Most staff speak English and are happy to help with recommendations in the local area. Plenty of restaurants in the village within a minute walk from the hotel."

"twisting for 39 minutes before someone shows up at reception for check-in. Slippers need to be purchased, hotel music pretty loud until late and from 09am, i can write books about negatives there"

"The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food. People are lovely, systems are weird. "

"Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying"
