「The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.」

「I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

「Good room for the money. Breakfast is a joke. Pool is destroyed and in bad shape. Room was clean. Blackout curtains were great. AC unit cooled fine. I would stay here again」

「Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers.
