「首先Online check in via email，跟指示取鎖匙 self check in. 住所離火車站很近，交通方便，附近有超市，方便買食物煮早餐或晚餐，住所好大，設備齊全，洗衣機，雪櫃，洗碗機，咖啡機，電水壺，微波爐，焗爐全部都有，地方很乾淨，整齊，check out 後可暫放行李在車站行李存放處，每件5歐元，可放24小時，很方便。設有whatsapp 熱線，如有需要可聯絡對方，有機會再來也會入住這裡。」

「Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente.」

「We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here...

「The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. 」

「這間公寓整體很不錯，房間寬敞，廚房設施齊全；雖然不在市區，但是是盧森堡的公車非常方便、準時而且免費，所以交通不是問題！ 不過，入住當天才收到通知，備品是需要自備的（這個應該預約時就先告知，而且一般管理室公寓應該都要準備基本備品）！幸好入住時發現，還是有基本的衛生紙跟沐浴乳！ 只是公寓的備品不足，衛生紙跟沐浴乳都準備的剛剛好而已，我是一家三口連住五天，衛生紙只提供2卷，沐浴乳大概半瓶，我們沒有非常浪費，但是第四天衛生紙就用完了！管理單位也有＂貼心＂的準備咖啡跟茶包！但是很明顯的看起來就是一天份，第一次住到這麼精打細算的管理式公寓！ 因為這個公寓的單價也比較貴，連續入住也沒有比較便宜，除了沒有打掃（連續七天才打掃），但備品也沒有充足準備，感覺對連續入住者不公平！ 」

「I’m very disappointed with how this whole process has been handled. It started of by never hearing back for the property manager until the morning of my arrival. I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. They provided me an apartment on the second floor and lied to me when they said it was just one set of stair. Picture this, I was with my father on a...
