"The hotel was advertised with a restaurant and bar, there were neither. I booked a non smoking room, guests had clearly smoked in them. The hotel had WiFi, however this didn't work unless standing at reception (either guest network). The hotel felt dirty and uncared for. Two guys parked in a car in front of the hotel were inhaling nitrous oxide from a balloon. They then threw the cylinder in the gutter and walked into the hotel. The experience was truly awful, and I left immediately."
