「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「Thanks for the staff of the apartment. They provide very good assist during our trip in Swiss. Besides, they reply us immediately by email. Very good and prompt service.」

「這房間非常寬敞，我們六個人睡在三個睡房都很大，廚房設備一應俱全，交通可以方便去到琉森湖市中心，櫃檯人員態度親切，還提供市內交通票，雖然我們有瑞士通票，也值得欣賞。」

「員工親切友善，早到因房間仍在清潔中，立即一人幫我們提取兩大喼行李先存放好，很貼心。免費升級住套房，地方寬敞，屋內設備十分齊全及整潔，擺設傢俬都很優越有藝術氣息，超出預期。只係擺放洗衣機的位置不太清晰，最終晚歸未能找到員工查詢而無法使用。」
