「Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.」

「Mi è stata data la camera nr 2 al piano terra; è la camera a fianco dell'entrata dell'hotel le cui porte sbattono sino a mezzanotte e ri-sbattono dalle 06.30. Impossibile dormire. È una camera che non si dovrebbe offrire. La struttura più che 'romantica' è fatiscente. Prezzo, staff e location ottimi. Peccato non riuscire a dormire.」

「The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! The stores and history nearby were perfect and we have many memories now to savor. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience with zero complaints !!」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful. Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. My room may too close to the railway as it shaked whenever the train pass-by, but I am OK with that. I...

「It was the hottest week in years; no air conditioning and no fans. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since you have to go through the Mexican restaurant to get to the hotel rooms, we had a difficult time leaving early on the day of checkout.」

「A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again.」
