「Manager Lupita Excellente!! muy pendiente y atenta a lo que necesitabamos. Muy rico desayuno incluido en el precio de habitacion. Excelente servicio al cliente. Todos los empleados atentos y amables. Habitacion hermosa y amplia, cama muy comoda. Bano y banera muy grande. Mucho espacio para guardar maletas y ropa. Toda la propiedad muy limpia. Muy tranquilo para relajarse. Esperamos volver pronto. 」

The only detail was that there was no body wash, the shampoo was empty and in the three nights we stayed there, no one cleaned our room and we were not given any fresh towels other than the first day.」

Y la idea de poder llevar a mi perrita también fue un gran acierto. Lo recomiendo y sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar. Hay varios lugares cerca para ir a desayunar, comer o cenar. 」

「La Alberca tenía bichos hasta el fondo y los muebles de patio sillón tenía muchas telarañas y arañas 🕷️ todo lo demás excelente 😁 」

「Staff was great. Room was clean. I liked the fact that there was an in-house restaurant, bar, spa, gym, heated pool & jacuzzis. My only complaint is that the mattresses were hard compared to our friends’ room. Also we were near the lobby on the first floor and it was very noisy all day & night.」
