「The resort has a good location and potential, but our stay was disappointing in several important aspects. The bedrooms felt quite dated, with some wardrobe doors hanging and in need of maintenance. The kitchen was not well equipped, missing basic accessories that are expected for a comfortable stay, as well as basic cleaning products. 「Where do I start. A gorgeous place with the most wonderful rooms, pool, bar and grounds. Whilst it’s not designed specifically for children our 2 and 5 yr old also loved it - a little farm, old tractors, pool and cabanas, a playground and a family picnic in the olive groves kept them more than happy. 「We were given a different room than we booked (same price but smaller), with natural light only coming through the door (this is pretty normal in the area but not great in winter). Shower wasn’t great as the door didn’t close properly and the water didn’t flow well. Service was a bit impersonal with little explanation of the grounds. Staff didn’t seem to particularly care about guests. Overall ok for the price but wouldn’t come back.」

「1) Walking down the path from the street to the hotel, the garbage bin area is filthy/smelly and you have to walk right past it. A small fence or something to hide it would help the impression of the hotel 2) Our room was very nice, but there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. That smell tarnished all the nice aspects of the room 3) On a positive note, the breakfast was wonderful, and we also had a lovely dinner in the dining room」

「This was such a wonderful stay! The staff are just incredible and helpful with recommendations and making reservations! We celebrated our 10 year old birthday here and they even made a special Nutella cake with candles! Don’t be worried about the highway. You cannot hear anything inside the rooms! We loved it every minute of our stay and highly recommend this beautiful stay!」
