Lovely stay in the Killyhevlin. Excellent hotel, perfect location on the river. Room big and spacious and very clean with a balcony overlooking the river.

Family Holiday

Staff looked fed up. Checkin was slow and when I said was to attend funeral, no basic condolences given. Other staff in restaurant not really on the ball. I tried to get attention to buy another bottle of wine but gave up after staff walked past twice. Breakfast staff excellent and food also excellent. Promote your breakfast staff to train and supervise other staff and you will get 5 stars. Hotel is clean and comfortable but rooms too hot and no thermostat which is strange. Overall 3 stars plus.
