"Hotel itself is amazing but the food service is terrible. For 3 mornings in a row I and people with me had to ask multiple times where our food was. 45 minute wait for scrambled eggs and not very busy. Same with dinner. Had to ask where a pizza was"

"Everything we needed was in the room: fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, shower gel, box of tissues. We were very well looked after by all staff. An added bonus was that the hotel is in a quiet area, 20-minutes away from central Lucerne by bus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, buses every 30 minutes and free with the visitor bus pass. Would definitely stay here whenever we're in Lucerne again."
