「I stayed here for a conference so the location was excellent. My booking stated deluxe room but it was just a large room; I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. The mattress was saggy and the lighting was awful - tiny bedside lights or dim overhead lights - no table lamp for working. 「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. 「The check in went smoothly. Then we got to our room and struggled to open the door. When we got in our room was 25 degrees. Back to the desk to get ac on. Then out for dinner and returned to a door that would not open. Back to the desk again. Toilet also ran on and on.」
