"The room wasn't very clean. Things were broken and falling apart. The blinds were broken and full of holes, they couldn't be shut, the bath matt had been stuffed in the corner of the bathroom and it was ripped and fullnof holes. The bathtub was fullnof rust stain and soap scum and kept leaking. The side table was almost completely undone from it's legs and the room smelt very bad. The screen door was also very rusted and wouldn't close. We have stayed in many motels and hotels before. This was probably one of the worst. I do have to say though that the staff was very nice."
"There was sufficient parking, there was coffee pods and sugar packs but no sweetener, there was no way to adjust the heat and couldn't open a window, the room was hot, the lamp has a broken switch, the price is better than others in the area, OK if you're just passing thru but definitely not for an extended stay. "
"Very clean...
Staff very accommodating.
Great breakfast.
Our rooms bathtub did not hood water so they moved us to a room across the way.
Brand new, still working out the bugs."
"The key card for the room stopped working. I had to get the front desk to reprogram it twice. The bathroom door came off one of its hinges when I went to open it. It was only held on with one tiny screw. One of the beds in the room sagged in the middle. When I tried to find the switch for the light in the room, I couldn't find it. After some searching, I found it covered over by a mirror for reason. I stayed here two nights and paid $180 per night. I don't think I will be staying here again."
"Lots of parking for car and snowmobile trailer. Direct connection to snowmobile trails from parking lot. Reasonably quiet room. Front desk staff very helpful."
"No staff support at all
Were given a suite and apparently we were not supposed to use one of the bed’s although the person who let us in the room didn’t say anything and I mean ANYTHING about the room I barely got the info about leaving the keys on the counter we were checking out very early the beds by the way had not been changed they were crumpled like they had been slept in but no one was around to say anything about it to
Late afternoon that day I get a call saying I owe 50 dollars because we used both beds even though our reservation said one bed in the room
We were never checked in properly ,never told anything then we get the rudest call ever which ended with pay the 50 or be banned from staying with them like I would ever stay there again 👎👎👎🙅 I guess you know which option I chose "
