「可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。 房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃， 三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。 早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店」

「Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser 」

「Week long stay while working locally, very comfy and pleasant stay, room was very large, more like a small apartment, breakfast was good. Very quiet for the number of guests. Wifi in the room was okay but not quite enough for a zoom call so had to move to the reception area where it was fine. Could stream TV though.」
