「Always clean and comfy!」

「This is a very dated motel which reflects in the name. Although the place is pretty run down, we found it to work for what we needed. First off, the owner was very nice. Always a plus! Everything looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The was not a coffee maker, but convenience stores nearby. We were only given one towel for two people and half a roll of toilet paper. This is not the Hilton, but if you need a comfortable bed, this will work!」

「A staff member called me 30 minutes prior to my arrival, stating my reservation was cancelled when I had called earlier, and stated I was going to arrive late and not at 3 when check-in started. The lady even said thank you for the heads-up. I will leave a note in our system, and after all of this, they still wanted to cancel my reservation.
