「Everything is ok except the check in because the hotel staff not always stay at hotel and need phone call him when reach hotel. But the breakfast is good taste and service for them also ok.」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」
