"Overall good clean hotel in the middle of nowhere"

"The room was clean and comfortable. We were late (9:00) for check in. An envelope with our name was left on the desk. I was somewhat unsure as where to find the room. We went back the next morning to ask about restaurants. We went in, my grandson used the restroom, we waited some more and still no one came to the desk. When we went to check out, again no one was at the desk. We were beginning to wonder if anyone was running the property! They did do a good job of cleaning the room and making the beds during the visit."

"Mattress needs replacement, too soft and warped. Otherwise good value for the rate."

"the bed sheets were obviously not changed. one bed had long black hairs in it and on the pillows. the other bed had yellow stains on the sheets and red spots on the pillow case. the floor had little sticky things on it that kinda hurt."

"Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!! Stayed on our way out of Moab. Enjoyed the cute outdoor space, clean nice rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Carpet wasn't vacuumed, smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room, TV old and picture was bad. The bathroom had rust all around it, bathroom fan dirty, faucets for tub were old and dirty. Carpet felt old and was dirty. I've stayed here before, but this was by far the worse experience I've ever had. It was very hard to stay just the one night I booked. "
