「This was an older property the room was very nice and roomy, it was clean and the bathroom had some nice updates. The bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell like old smelling, but we got used to it quickly. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was not very hot. But they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. 「I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews but wow, terrible. The room was not the cleanest looking, dried hard mud in the bathroom. I have severe dust mite allergies and I had a reaction just standing in the room for a few minutes. It triggered an asthma attack. My teenage daughter and I ended up walking into another hotel and praying for an open room there.」

「The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...
