"Overall, we were pleased. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Hotel is near to one of the main shopping centers of the city so everything was within 5-10 minutes. Prompt attention was given to us by the staff when we discovered after just checking in that the toilet was clogged, however I was unimpressed that I had to plunge it myself. Our remote for the TV also didn't work but they quickly resolved this by swapping remotes."

"This was perfect for what we needed. Room was big and clean, breakfast was good and A/C was cold. Would stay here again."

"The property could use some severe maintenance and deep cleaning. Room was not nearly up to par. I normally never leave a bad review but for this particular instance it needs to be said. Stairs up to the second level were broken or missing pieces. Once in the room there was a stain on shower curtain (next to toilet so only one could imagine), stain on the curtains which I told myself was ketchup, rim of toilet had dried urine. Beds and linens were cleaned and changed and floors vacuumed but...
