Gorgeous views abound. Rooms were clean and comfortable, despite the heat. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in Provence, making ample use of local alpine ingredients. It is also walking distance to old town Embrun, which was a nice touch.

Matthieu at front desk was helpful. Fan but no air conditioning in room, a little warm on a hot day . Excellent food, outside seating has a gorgeous view of mountains above and valley below.

Hotel is lovely. No sauna, despite the website!

The hotel is lovely. However they say on the website that they have a sauna. They do not have a sauna. Also, you are given the impression that you are staying in the big mansion, but actually you are billeted in the the annex/building in front of the big house. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

This hotel was amazing!! Very high end for the price! Vanessa was so helpful and friendly! Such a wonderful experience for 2 Americans visiting a foreign country. We were concerned about getting around and the language barrier but no issues at all. Surprisingly our reservation came with an hour in the spa and we used it soaking in the hot bath (jacuzzi without jets). The views were spectacular as well as breakfast. We didn’t want to leave!! This hotel is on our list to come back to if/when we return to France. Heartfelt thanks to Vanessa!!

Bel établissement dans un site superbe

Bel établissement dans un site magnifique. Entretien des espaces (privatifs et parties communes) irréprochable. Accueil très agréable et professionnel. Jolie chambre (classique) avec une literie exceptionnelle. Le seul bémol est la véritable exiguïté de la salle d’eau. Absence de climatisation (difficile à mettre en oeuvre dans ce bâtiment ancien), néanmoins un ventilateur est à notre disposition. Pas de déjeuner possible hormis un brunch le Dimanche, c’est dommage considérées les belles possibilités de la terrasse et de la salle de restaurant. Rapport qualité/prix: peut-être un peu cher pour la taille de la chambre et sa salle d’eau mais compensé par la qualité des services offerts. À connaître !

Hormis une famille qui a "squattée" le spa pendant plus de 2h alors que des créneaux d'1h sont attribués. Le sejours etait fantastique. Petitt dejeuner absolument incroyable. Repas du soir egalement. Leger bemol pour le brunch du dimanche (en l'occurrence lundi poir le lundi de Paques) qui n'apporte pas beaucoup plus que le petit déjeuner hormis le prix. Dans l'ensemble extrêmement satisfait. Belles chambre, Personnel excellent. Nous reviendrons une 4e fois pour sûr

Très bel hôtel et service attentionné

Notre séjour a été très agréable ! Le bâtiment est beau, les chambres impeccablement propres et les espaces communs chaleureux et ravissants. Le service a été a la hauteur de toutes les attentes. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est également ravissant avec une vue imprenable sur les alentours. Le seul point imparfait était le spa qui mériterait un peu plus de gestion courante. Le restaurant était très bien également, avec du choix et une bonne cuisine, que ce soit au dîner ou au brunch dominical.

Ce qui nous a plu: Petit déjeuner fabuleux sous forme de buffet, bcp de variété, amabilité du personnel, le parc de l’hôtel. Ce qui ne nous a pas plu: la salle de bain exiguë, malgré une chambre de catégorie supérieure, chambre vieillotte, moquette au sol, mobilier bas de gamme et vieux et le Spa avec une eau à seulement 29 degrés, il fallait nager pour se réchauffer. En plein hiver, une eau à 29 ce n’est pas très chaud!

Améliorations à faire pour un 4*

Pour un hôtel spa, piscine, sauna et bain nordique de 4 étoiles, très surpris de ne pas avoir de peignoir ni chaussons dans les chambres, réponse du personnel : seule les suites en disposent... c'est un manque important car vous vous retrouvez à vous "balader" en maillot de bains dans l'hôtel ! Autre problème : pas d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour de 2 jours, compensé par un geste commercial sur la facture. La restauration est excellente, le personnel accueillant et sympathique. L'emplacement parfait à l'entrée d'Embrun, parking sur place gratuit. Concernant l'espace balnéo, les réservations ne sont pas gérées, il manque de la lumière dans le sauna et le jardin où se trouve le bain nordique.
