"We had a very nice time here (mini-moon) but, compared with other 5 star hotels (including others in Rhodes) we did feel some areas were lacking. We weren’t made to feel very special despite the special occasion (not even a handwritten note in our room, the bare minimum in our opinion) and some very strange behaviours for what is supposed to be a 5 star premium hotel. Eg: - Irons are not included in rooms, and when we phoned down for one we were told “you can only have the iron for one hour”. It...
