「We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work.
