My experience at this hotel was not what I expected.
When I arrived, the front desk person told me they couldn’t assist me and sent me to another hotel a block away to check in. At the other hotel, a lady named Cherry helped me. She was very kind and seemed surprised that I had been sent there, especially since the check-in could have been handled at the original hotel.
When I returned to the hotel where I was supposed to stay, I found several issues:
• The air conditioner wasn’t working at first.
• There was hair in the bathtub and bathroom.
• I found candy wrappers on the floor.
Honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. I even considered sleeping in my car, as it was late and I was really tired. Fortunately, I was eventually able to get the air conditioner working, but there was no staff available to assist with it, which was frustrating.
I truly don’t understand how this hotel has such high ratings. That’s the reason I chose to stay here in the first place. I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m doing this to help others make a more informed decision.
Before posting this, I sent a message to the management, but I haven’t received any response. That’s why I decided to share my experience.
