"The staff was helpful and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. The one disappointment was that the Hot Tub was not available for use."

"Only problem was that the keycard we were given was to our room was not working because the room was already occupied, which then led to us having to wait about 20 minutes to get a new room. The lady at the desk was very helpful, and she said she was going to refund some of our first night stay for the inconvenience, however I have not received a refund yet."
