"Staff was friendly, clean room, not much to choose from the breakfast. Pool open till 10pm. Overall we are satisfied with the stay at River inn hotel."

"The property had some historical interest, including bathroom fixtures and lack of air circulation. Visitors in rooms to the road side may have significant issues with vehicle noise. We arrived 25 minutes before our intake time and were told that we would be called when it was ready. The call never came. We eventually returned to get into our room. We would stay again if we could have a different room."

"Love it here. Right on the beach. They didn’t give us bowls and blankets for our dog, but we always travel with that stuff so no biggie. Bed was comfortable . You just can’t beat the location. And the tunnel to the beach.. that is so very cool!"

"Old skool OR Coast accomodations, a throw back in time, in a good way! Super clean property, right on the Prom with amazing views! Fresh baked cookies at 6p, breakfast at 7am, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds, soft linens, mini-kitchenette and fireplace...add in the mustard yellow bathroom fixtures and wood paneling and you've got a recipe for the best darn stay in Seaside!! Affordable too!!"
