"No chair in room. Towels were threadbare. No water glasses. People in the next room were loud all night. Yes ALL night. With the tv volume on 10. Had a horrible stay. "

"After unpacking and taking a short nap, I discovered a bed bug. I caught it in a cup and then found another one and caught it too. I immediately packed up and went to the front counter telling them that I was leaving and would like a refund. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and said that I could call the general manager the next morning and he would provide a refund. She didn't say I'm sorry or anything of the sort. I had to scramble to book another room at different Hotel. I spoke with the general manager the next day and he was friendly about refunding my money but never said anything along the lines of "we're sorry". I expected some accountability as anyone would. Nothing."

"Everyone is very respectful, the hotel is very nicely kept and very organized. The breakfast is great. The pool and hot tub are very clean. The rooms are roomy I give it 10 out of 10!!! 10 being the Best!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The entrance and lobby were lovely and deceptive. The room was mediocre/meh at best. The outside window screen was torn halfway off. Scuffed finishes on furniture that did not match. Low quality bathroom fixtures. Finish on bathroom mirror coming off. Television lacked channels. For the price i paid I expected better."

"The hotel is newer and has been maintained very well. Everything was very clean, the included breakfast had hot food, I really have no complaints. I would stay there again. It was very close to restaurants and close access to I-25"

"I had to make 2 separate bookings, and wanted to merge them into one so that we didn't have to change room during our stay. That made things too complicated for the staff. Breakfast ran out of all items, except oatmeal and waffles. The room was OK, but the furniture in desperate need of upgrades. Bathroom was clean and stocked, but bedding was stained and there were sticky spots on the floor. The beds were comfortable and heat/AC easy to adjust, so we slept well (mostly because we brought our own pillows, and extra flat sheets as covers)."

"The gym has a lot to be done to it before I would give it a thumbs up. Very small, weights were not conducive to what I needed. One set of dumbbells is not enough when you have multiple people wanting to use them and they were very light on the poundage side. Need to get a cable machine or something else to help with variety. I would Love to help you design a weight room. "
