"Very clean room. Staff, especially, the cleaning crew were fantastic. Perhaps the friendliest cleaning staff that I have ever encountered at a hotel. Asked me everyday, multiple times, If I needed anything. Stayed for 7 nights and they made our time in NYC UES even better. A big thank you to all of you. "
