「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
「Beth went above and beyond for us; she deserves a raise!! She was more than happy to help us get into a room and make sure we were taken care of. We had a bad experience down the road with another hotel, and this Hampton inn really turned our vacation around!! Our room and the rest of the facilities were very clean! This hotel is a short walk from downtown, which is nice for shopping and all of the food options! We will definitely be back and staying at this hotel again. 」
