"The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. "We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!?
