"All the ladies were very nice. Room was cleaned each morning. Nice small breakfast options. The gentleman at the front desk didnt impress me. Asked him if he could have one of the ladies clean our room and he said i needed to go find one of them. Had to go looking and couldn't find her. Went back to lobby and ended up asking another nice lady if she could tell the cleaning lady. She was very willing to let them know. He couldve done it. Other than him not impressing me, it was nice. "The price was great! The condition of the property, not so much. Bathroom door didn't latch. Our room door appeared that someone had to break in, as it was splintered and broken near the door knob....The carpet had "rough" spots. BUT, the price was right! Breakfast was hot and ready. Staff was nice. "

"This is a great hotel for people on a budget. It’s an older facility but some updates have taken place. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, with a small fridge for yogurt, prepackaged muffins, bagels, pop tarts, oatmeal and granola bars, as well as a waffle maker and crockpot of potatoes. I had made two separate reservations and asked if I could keep the same room and they quickly accommodated my request. I would stay here again if I was in the Elkhart area. "
