Perfect and as described.

This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank.
