「Room was great - loved the high ceilings which were unexpected. Wish the lighting in the room was warm toned, but not a huge deal. I couldn’t figure out the thermostat. I kept setting the temperature but it wouldn’t stay. I also wish the fan worked all night as I find it hard to sleep without white noise. Staff was awesome!!」

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...
