Hotel was great and the staff was friendly. We were in the middle of the transition and Charles and his front desk staff helped out immensely. 5⭐️ We got off the cruise with 12 people and they had all our rooms available early. That was extremely helpful. We were all surprised to see the rooms were large and spacious. TV was on a swivel wall mount so we could turn it either way to watch. We got a King Bed Junior Suite with a Sleeper Sofa. Bathroom was very clean and stocked with all the amenities. Rooftop pool was clean and easy to get to. The ground level pool was quiet and more easily accessible. The only thing I was not prepared for was that Miami is extremely humid. That made everything feeling a little damp. It just took a few minutes to get used to it, then I couldn't feel the humidity any longer. Overall, I would definitely come back here the next time we're out in Miami.

The towels were dirty and the lamps in my room had brown stains. They gave us a room with a “view” cover by the wall of the parking lot. I mean is a good place for one night if you are going to a concert or something but not for vacation. Staff is amazing and very friendly.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
