"Hôtel propre et plutôt bien placé, personnel agréable. Salle d'eau privative appréciable. Eau chaude très capricieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de gazinière pour cuisiner. Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait qu'on entre dans la chambre en notre absence pour faire du ménage et qu'on bouge toutes nos affaires."

"Mariano nos recibió súper bien y nos asesoró sobre las actividades que podíamos hacer. El alojamiento estaba calentito cuando llegamos (súper importante ya que hacía frío). Éramos 7 personas y un perrito y estuvimos muy cómodos! Recomendable!"

"The location of this property is excellent for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the pier. The staff was very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us get oriented to the area and to coordinate transportation. The services offered by the spa were wonderful. "This is the 3rd time trying to write this review. On the way to the airport leaving the US, I messaged Complejo La Lucila to tell them that I would be checking in at around 8pm. They responded with one word, saying our reservation was cancelled. No explenation was given, other than they sold the room to someone else. We were on our way to a foreign country and remote area with no place to stay. No other rooms in the city were available."

"Great location by the beach, bus terminal and town centre and really friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. It offers plenty of amenities and is a good hostel. I booked a private room which I found a little expensive for one person. It was a bit cheaper than a hotel room but also more basic than a hotel room but clean and secure and more than fine for a few nights, especially given the great location. The breakfast wasn't great though as it's typical hostel fare, but you'll find...

"We got the balcony that we asked for. It was pretty hot, so didn’t get to use it as much as I would’ve liked. An umbrella or shade on the balcony would’ve been great. The rooms with a balcony were smaller. The bathroom just had the small sink, so nowhere to put toiletries. The window had a blackout screen. Nice, but, some sheer curtains would’ve been nice in addition to the blackout screen. You asked my opinion :) The location was great. Staff was very accommodating. "

"This hotel is located well to the core of Puerto Madryn and its beach. I found on two nights there loud music continuing well after 10pm with both being hotel hosted events. Staff at times was hard to find at reception. Breakfasts were average for Argentina and Wi-Fi did work. Overall it is an older hotel surrounded by a less than appealing surrounding block. It was a good budget hotel and I’d give it 3 stars but no more. "
