We really enjoyed our stay at Jaz Neo Reef, absolutely wonderful, very relaxing and heavenly atmosphere around. Everything was amazing, the room, the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and special thanks to reception team for the express check in, and to Mr. Shehab who did his best to accommodate us in our preferred room.

The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and would do anything for you. The food and drink was good too. A little disappointed with the rooms, as we requested seaview rooms. We were at the back of the hotel, with a bit of a look at the sea, and up on the 2nd floor. I am glad it was only 2 days, as my dad wouldn't of coped there, for any longer, walking a distance and u up 3 flights of stairs. But overall it was a fantastic stay.

Second home.

I stayed here to see my Egyptian family and friends. The hotel is a good, friendly, small place. The food and drinks are great, and the service is brilliant. The hotel is kept clean and tidy. The staff here, are always here to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel, which is my second home.

Small and friendly

Fantastic holiday. Food was excellent, drinks were brilliant. The staff are amazing. The reef and marine life were fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Fresh juice is available at breakfast, for an extra charge. The hotel is worth the money we paid, we booked flights and hotel separately.

Fantastic all inclusive small hotel

Fantastic stay yet again at the solymar, we were the only english people there as i dont think brits know they can still stay there as there are no direct flights to marsa alam but we travelled down from hurghda which takes about 2 hours and is so worth the trip! Small and friendly hotel, personal service great animation team. Food is excellent afternoon vodka slushies are a must! House reef onsite and a shallow part of sea great for kids. Overall a fantastic stay with brilliant people 💕

The property is very clean and cozy and the location is fantastic. The staf there. Mr Saad and everyone are simply amazing. Very high standard of customer service. I’ve never seen this anywhere else. The chef comes and asks us everyday about our needs and what we think. The beach is full of beautiful corals. My stay there was perfect

We spent 2 weeks in Solymar. The resort is very quiet and we were freely moved from our room to a room in the best compound close to the beach. The room was very quiet and clean. The beds are really super comfortable. The resort is 15min by car close to the Airport and it is the only one in the area with a bridge close to the reef (very safe and amazing fishes, we are skilled swimmer). The food is ok for European people, mainly from Germany and Czech republic. Unfortunately I had stomach issues for 1 week and It was terrible, probably due to cold drink or vegetables not perfectly clean. Overall suggested resort for the perfect ratio price/quality in Marsa Alam We did also an extra massage in the SPA: amazing

Everything is just great like all jaz resorts. The staff is very friendly, welcoming & professional. The resort is very clean and the rooms are very nice. The pools are nice but the pool bar are located at the smallest pool, which is hard to find place to sit at, while the big pool doesn’t have a bar. The beach is rocky but you can find fish literally 2 meters away from the shore. If you want to be picky the variety of the food isn’t the largest. However, you will always find something to eat and it will be delicious. If you prefer quality over quantity like I do you will love the food. The evening shows are very good and entertaining but you need to go early or you will not find a place to sit. The only downside for me was the misinformation about access to the aqua park and that we didn’t have free access. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy your vacation. great value for money. highly recommend.

Amazing and wonderful stay in Solymar

This is our second time visiting this hotel and we have pleasant experience from our trip and vacation. Hospitality is on the high level, professional workers and service, everyone are friendly and doing all their best for you to have a comfortable stay in the hotel. Reception: very professional and always ready to help you. Food and cuisine: magnificent chefs, varied menu, everything is very tasty, desserts deserve special attention, so delicious, respect to all the workers of the restaurant. Housekeeping is taking care of rooms, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great and amazing animation team, interesting shows and activities which could raise your mood. The beach bar and cafe could make you happy with the taste of different variety of pizza, burgers, sandwiches and drinks according to your taste, professional service. The sea is perfect, the beach is wonderful, hope the administration would fix the situation with the beach chairs to increase their numbers on the beach, but still give it 10 out of 10, cause everything else is great. We would like definitely to come back.

You couldn't ask for more

Seven stars and not only five. A perfect getaway. The check-in was a breeze. The staff knows you by name, as if you're the only guest. The staff try their best to make your stay an unforgettable one. The staff are always smiling and greeting. The all inclusive package is very rewarding. The rooms are neat and room service is optimal. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Youssef at the front desk. He upgraded our booking and gave us a royal treatment during our stay. The house reef is perfect for avid snorkelers. You book at this hotel and you have access to the beaches and facilities of 7 other hotels and resorts. Mr. Samy at the restaurant is very helpful and courteous.Mohamed at the splash bar, Amr at the sand bar, Aly at the beach bar and Kerollos at the lobby bar are very friendly and accommodating to all your requests. Landscaping is breathtaking. Animation team are doing their best to make you busy throughout the day. Every night there's a different entertainment program after dinner . Children are very well taken care of in terms of food and entertainment. A dedicated kids club, mini disco and face painting among other activities. Kate from the animation team made sure that our child was having much fun every night. Thanks Kate. Room service at building 21 was outstanding. A big thank you to the staff and management of Solymar reef marsa.

Nach ca. 25 Jahren mal wieder in Ägypten Urlaub gemacht. Das Hotel wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen die schon 3x hier waren. Wir sind wirklich begeistert. Ob die Lage ( Hausriff mit eigenem Steg), super freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit oder ruhige Anlage, alles trifft zu. Das Essen könnte zwar etwas mehr landestypischen Touch haben, aber im Grunde findet jeder Etwas am Buffet. Die Unterwasserwelt ist atemberaubend. Wir kommen wieder.

Soggiorno solymar reef Marsa

Rispetto alle altre strutture della zona non è enorme e dispersivo quindi se come me scegli una vacanza per riposare ti eviti di fare kilometri inutili se dimentichi qualcosa in stanza, materasso e cuscini molto comodi, personale cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare le tue esigenze, ogni ambiente risulta sempre estremamente pulito e in ordine, cucina ottima e variegata con prodotti per ogni palato, bar sulla spiaggia dove è possibile mangiare piatti caldi e freddi tutto il pomeriggio, bar in piscina per bere stando ammollo che completa il set di 3 piscine . Non mi posso lamentare di nulla , mare balneabile davanti alla struttura, baia con barriera corallina raggiungibile a piedi, parco acquatico a 2 passi, diving center per le escursioni... intrattenimento meno curato rispetto all'anno scorso,ma solo perché la struttura ospitava clientela di una certa età nel periodo in cui ho prenotato io,ma quasi ogni sera per accontentare anche i clienti lontani dalla pensione siamo stati invitati a unirci alla struttura vicina per spettacoli piu "movimentati". Da evitare il bar fuori dalla struttura "Alibaba" ,non distinguono un long island da un cubalibre.

Hotel di piccole dimensioni. Camere pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Consiglierei alla struttura di rivedere la pavimentazione in alcune parti comuni. La terrazza del ristorante è vista mare come la terrazza del lobby bar. Il personale è molto cortese e attento ai clienti. Pour les notes attribuées au hôtel pas vrai sur le terrain..le restaurant est une cantine et en plus pas de climatisation et le menu proposé est pauvre et pas variés...les chambres sont plus encienne que prévu...

Leider sind die Zimmer, für ägytische Verhältnisse sehr klein und in einem schlechten Zustand. Keine 4 Sterne. Das Essen war sehr eintönig.

Wir haben uns glücklicherweise für das Solymar und nicht für eines der Schwesterhotels entschieden. Die Anlage ist verhältnismäßig klein, was sie sehr angenehm und familiär macht. Das Essen ist anständig und lecker, auch wenn die ägyptische Küche sicher mehr hergibt. Das Hausriff ist gut zum schnorcheln, allerdings gibt es keinen Badestrand und bei Wind bzw. Wellen kann man nur knietief ins Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden wieder kommen. Die einzige Enttäuschung waren die Cocktails- es gibt fast 20 Cocktails zur Auswahl und auch die Zutaten sind alle vorhanden. Leider wird an der Bar einfach ohne abzumessen zusammengeschüttet und da Alkohol - auch nie selbst probiert. Hier könnte das Management ohne viel Aufwand seine Gäste zufriedener machen.

Struttura ristrutturata qualche anno fa anche se in alcune parti la pavimentazione andrebbe sistemata. Reception bar e ristorante sono direttamente sulla spiaggia. Pontile con facile accesso in mare. Andrebbe cambiato il mini bar in camera davvero rumoroso. Per il resto tutto bene
