「When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.」

「The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again.」

I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel.」

「Absolutely beautiful property. 2 bedroom 3 bathroom, full kitchen and balcony with amazing views. Located in the perfect neighborhood. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and right in front of a huge park. Building Security does an amazing job keeping the building and guests safe. They are professional and helpful with anything you need. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to visit the pool but I can guarantee it's clean and stunning. I visited 4 different hotels/apartments all over...
