「Good staff. Good Room.」

「The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa. However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues.」

「El desayuno eran unos fiambres, unos panecillos y algo de bollería más café, sin zumo ni agua ni nada parecido, tampoco fruta Admiten mascotas, pero nos insistieron en que hay que solitarlo antes de ir con ellas. El agua caliente del baño hay que esperarla, tarda minutos en llegar. La cama incómoda y hundida. El trato de la chica que nos recibió fue cordial, el de la dueña, pretencioso, incluso molesto.」

「Receptionist ignored us for 11 minutes on arrival, choosing to type things first. Aircon was on hot mode only, we told them but they did nothing so we had an awful night. We left after one night and were not offered a refund. Bed and pillows were awful. Bathroom shower didn’t work.」

「The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!」

「The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. 」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「Great place, near everything! Metro, food, stores! Location is very safe and the receptionists are very very friendly! They are very helpful esp with regards to a referral of great food nearby.」

「Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room well appointed and equipped, excellent breakfast choices, all delicious and plentiful. Lovely rooftop bar. Parking convenient and although tricky to navigate well worth the cost. The hotel even offered for their driver to take it out of the garage back to the main entrance. Highly recommended. 」
