「Bonito hotel con muy servicio en general, lo único que me por aportar es que la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado, eso es todo」

「The property is beautiful but the breakfast is just okay. The amenities if you have a room up top the amenities are completely at the bottom and if you have any fear of heights I wouldn't recommend staying here. However the property is beautiful and it is in the very remote location」

「Very nice place, loved the view! The staff is very helpful. We did miss an airco though, during the day it was very hot in the cottage and we didn’t have a place in the shade near the cottage」

La nourriture au restaurant était délicieuse ! Un vrai coup de cœur que je recommande à tous fortement! Le staff était très attentionné à nos besoins et nous offrait chaque matin de venir nous apporter un café à notre chambre !」

「Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...
