Great place to enjoy the beautiful lake & Guatape

Great location off the main roads. Kayjak and Jetski Rental available from the hotel dock. Great value and food and at amazing prices. There is even a bar in the evening with great drinks and music. Service was great (Veronica). Tons of amazing birds to see on property. No reason to leave. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy the beautiful country and people. Skip the cities, go here.

Excellent Stay!! Just stayed one night. Travelled from Medellin North Bus Terminal and tracked the map in Google Maps. Requested driver to stop at the entrance of the property. 10 mins walking is a challenge with paw friends. Used Uber for a nominal price, but faced challenged after dark (7 PM).

Amazing view from balcony. The only let down was the jacuzzi. Sort that out and it is an amazing place. The restaurant on site is very expensive.

Loved the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was more ofna quiet stay everyone was in bed early and bar was empty on a friday night but they put my game on for me, incredibky nice. Would go again. For the price I was very happy. Room is small and pretty bare, no ac and no tv, i didnt mind. Good wifi.

We arrived and the first thing im told is breakfast is not included and they tried to charge me for breakfast. I showed them my booking and they relented but after that exchange to be honest I was worried about eating a breakfast that I had to force them to give me so we skipped the breakfast. I have a support animal and only stay at pet friendly locations because i dont want to make someone who does not like animals accept it if they dont want to. After checking in the woman told my wife that there are two street dogs that live on the property and they are not the hotels so they are not responsible but they are very vicious and if anything happens to your dog we are not responsible. I asked why you allow dogs in the hotel that are not yours and are vicious? If a child is attacked you can claim you are not responsible all day long but you are because you know they are dangerous and dont do anything about it. On to the room. The beds are just a foam pad with no support. Its the worst thing I have ever slept on. My wife slept on the tile floor with 2 blankets and slept better than I did. The plumbing has an obvious problem as sewer gas is backing up the shower drain into the bathroom and the habitation as well. This is a dump by all standards. When I spoke to the kid at the front desk he just laughed about it. Dont waste your money. It may look inexpensive but for what you are getting its way over priced.

Buen hotel para pasar la noche

El hotel está bien, limpio, ordenado, un poco alejado de todo, si no tienes carro es un poco complicado llegar, pero los taxis te llevan desde El Peñol. La atención en el restaurante es terrible, todo el mundo llega más o menos a las mismas horas y no tienen un orden para atender las mesas ni para sacar los platos, tanto a la comida como al desayuno tuvimos problemas.

La chica de la recepción al principio fue muy amable luego nos quejamos por un mal olor que había en el baño y todo cambió, te dan dos opciones de desayuno y cuál de las opciones estuvo peor, tienen unos animales en el establecimiento que se la pasan subidos en los muebles donde se supone son para los huéspedes y se hechan en la puerta de las habitaciones. En general es terrible, 0 recomendable
