The floor in my room had a puddle and all they did is give me a mop for me to mop. The cable in the tv was broken

El baño estaba sucio al rededor de el toilet y la tina tenía pelos, las persianas sucias chorreadas como de café y el elevador sucio e incómodo. Tiene buenos precios y la atención en el front desk fue excelente muy amables.

The motel rooms were dirty. The shower had soap scum and hairs inside the bathtub The toilet had fetus and the toilet leaked water. The floors were not swept or mopped. I requested cleaning services and the receptionist told me they didn’t have a cleaning crew at night. I request cleaning products and gloves to clean the toilet.

The staff was so non-responsive. The desk was not present at the front and it was closed we had to call several times before we got help. We booked non-smoking and when we arrived at the room the room smelled strongly with smoke as someone smoked right before we entered the room. Then to top everything off after getting the room the lights went out.
