I booked through Expedia for a one night stay in El Paso until our early morning flight. Upon arrival the hotel had no reservation under my name but yet my money was taken to reserve the rooms. I explained the situation to the nice woman at the front desk and she attempted to locate my reservation but could not find it. Luckily they had the two available rooms I needed and I had to book them under another reservation. After calling Expedia C/S I did get a refund. I have never had this happen while booking through Expedia but moving forward I will be more cautious if I decide to book through them again. Overall the hotel itself was wonderful! Comfy bed, pillow and clean! I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to the airport as well.

We loved how clean the hotel was and the design of the room was very functional and bigger than a lot of rooms we have stayed in. Great breakfast too!

We had a very comfortable stay while our house was under renovation. My 10 year old daughter loved the view of the mountain, freeway and all the lights at night. It was cozy, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and relaxing. My mother, 2 daughters and I felt safe.

Paper-thin walls, you can hear your neighbors coming and going. I guess your mileage may vary with this kind of stuff but I will probably not be back.

The property itself was excellent. Staff constantly kept up the cleanliness of the property inside and outside. The entire staff to include the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel amenities i.e. pool, exercise room, guest laundry room, were well maintained and in good working order. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.
