「Great location. Very nice, clean modern house with all the conveniences. Close to downtown CO Springs - Garden of the Gods, Olympic Museum, Cave of the Winds. Rooftop terrace was perfect for viewing multiple firework locations - the modern fireplace was exactly what we needed to keep us warm during the cool nights. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend. 」

「No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「This place stood up to the test for Hygge. We found it comfortable, it felt lived in but clean and tidy, everywhere we looked there was a solution for something we may need. AC? Portable unit in the closet. Cleaning supplies? Under the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, front closet, linen closet, etc. dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, etc. Most all of the utensils you can think of for cooking, appliances, etc. We were so comfortable, and there are places to order from all...

「There were no arrival instructions. Had to make phone calls to figure out how to get inside. Once inside realized there was no private entrance. The space had not been properly cleaned. There were cleaning supplies left out on the counter and dirty towels in a basket near the shower. We found another place to stay and asked for a refund which we did receive.」
