「Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about...

「These rooms have a more "studio" apt feel than it's sister the Spiwak, but it's centrally located, safe, and it's most beautiful amenity, the rooftop pool with a wonderful view of the city.」

「Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia. 」
