「Personnel très accueillant, affable et serviable. Magnifique Riad.

「It’s great service, good location, amazing decorations. Perfectly breakfast. I love it」

「Before I begin forget about AC on this property only 2 towels in each room , The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...room are worst quality i had to mop myself the room to sleep there , i had some request where is free in other hotels and we been...

There is a large hammam...

rubbish, wasting 2 hours in checkin, bad service but expensive, not worthy!」

There were many small mosquitoes in the room, which affected the comfort of the stay. The breakfast quality was also below expectations. I would strongly recommend reviewing the hotel’s maintenance, hygiene, and food quality, and investing in the necessary renovations and improvements. With a festival scheduled to take place here in October, it is essential that the hotel be...

「The morning floor restaurant manager is one of the best I have met in Morocco. He is passionate about people and his career.」
