Overpriced wine and the restaurant charging in dollars (at a horrible exchange rate) without asking if you prefer to be charged in pesos couldn't even ruin the experience. They should, however, pay attention to those things if they want repeat business.」

「The place was clean and just right for an overnight stay. The only issue was the coffee at breakfast. You would think that a hospitality business from Colombia would have great coffee. Let me put it this way… in the restaurant business one of the last impressions of a restaurant is the coffee they serve after dinner. If the coffee is bad, the customer leaves with that impression. The same thing happened here.」

「The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book...
