The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our all inclusive dinner options every night drinks all day. Loved the pool, took an Uber to the casino and outdoor mall which was fun. My only complaint was the persistence of the timeshare rep over bearing. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time.

However, this hotel more than makes up for it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon our arrival, Ivan helped us check in. We ran into a few issues, but he was kind, patient, and eager to help resolve everything. Every morning, the staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The servers were also outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and committed to providing excellent service. Don’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Our experience was wonderful, and I’m sure many of you will love this place as much as we did. This version keeps your positive, personal tone while improving the grammar and flow.

Beautiful resort nice beach and pool. Best place for a relaxing time. Nice spa and very good food at all the restaurants.

Everything excellent the room very clean and nice the staff were very nice and friendly the food were great me and my wife very happy we recommend this hotel super extra clean!
