「The staff was great and very helpful. Great breakfast and close to shops and dining spots.」

「Staff helpful and friendly」

「Never return money, bad customer service」

「The hotel has no pedestrian entrance. Cabs have to leave you far from the entrance and if it’s raining good luck. The staff was nice and helpful but the rooms were not as nice. The prices were ridiculously expensive. A small bottle of soda was $4.00! Small! Staff great but hotel is not well placed for walking pedestrians.」

「Excelente lugar hermoso tranquilo y limpio」

Recomendado 10/10」

「Beautiful place, staff is very friendly, great service and menu.」

「Muy regular」

「This is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :( On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel.」

「Overall, great value for the money. The unit could definitely use a deep cleaning from wear (roof and mold) and better directions aligned with restaurant location. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and blown away by the view.」
