「Ein sehr schönes und vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviertes Hotel, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auch in der Bar/Restaurant freundlich bedient. Hier haben wir abends auch etwas gegessen. Die Speisen waren gut, jedoch sollte man wissen, dass es nur eine kleine Karte gibt.  In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch sehr gute Bäcker, sodass man auch außer Haus sehr gut frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. 」

「Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee...

「From the first moment we checked in to the room we could hear loud noise coming from the next door room. Through the wall via the TV. We could hear the neighbour cough, their telephone calls and we could hear every word they said on the TV. There is absolutely no privacy in these rooms. The only solution the hotel had was to tell the neighbours to turn off their TV, which is absolutely unacceptable customer treatment when people have paid to stay there.
